My name is Rose, and I'm the managing partner of RA Multifamily as well as a Registered Nurse. Back in 2013, I took a leap of faith and left Korea to pursue my nursing career in the US with the goal of creating a better future for my mother and community. My over 12 years of nursing experience have taught me invaluable skills such as exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which I use in analyzing deals and mitigating risks in real estate investing.

I have a strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail, qualities that transfer seamlessly to my work as a multifamily investment manager. As a nurse, I have a deep sense of empathy, and I channel that into helping medical professionals achieve financial freedom through smart investments. My mission is to educate and empower people to take control of their finances and live the lives they dream of both inside and outside of medicine.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cultures, trying new foods, and spending time with my loved ones. I have a passion for wellness and staying active, so I love activities like hiking, camping, skiing, and scuba diving. My Husband and Partner Arturo is my constant companion in all my adventures, and I'm grateful to have him by my side.

As a dedicated husband, investor, and outdoor enthusiast, I am driven by a passion for both physical activity and financial freedom. With a love for sports like basketball, baseball, golf, soccer, and volleyball, I also find great joy in exploring new hiking trails and conquering challenging mountain peaks, as well as snowboarding down the slopes during the winter months. The thrill of scuba diving and experiencing the beauty of marine life also holds a special place in my heart. These outdoor activities allow me to recharge and refocus my mind after a long day of work, while keeping me physically fit and mentally sharp. Pursuing these passions alongside my wife Rose is a true blessing, as we often embark on new adventures together.

My personal mission to achieve financial freedom with Rose has also inspired me to assist others in their own financial journeys. As the managing partner of RA Multifamily, my expertise in Mechanical Engineering and experience in property improvement and technology implementation enables me to identify high-yield investment opportunities and mitigate potential risks. With my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, I strive to optimize cash flow and ensure stable, passive income for our investors.
